Hey! I'm Dita, and I love practicing yoga. It's such an important part of my life. I started doing it when I was a teenager and have been hooked ever since. Yoga has helped me stay centered and grounded, even during difficult times. I think that's why I love it so much - because it's not just about physical exercise, but also about mental and emotional well-being.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town near the mountains. My parents were both yoga teachers, so I was exposed to it from a young age. They encouraged me to try different types of yoga and to find what worked best for me. And that's exactly what I did - I explored various styles and found that vinyasa flow was my favorite.
I moved to the city a few years ago to attend college, but I still make time for my yoga practice every day. It's become such an important part of my life that I know I'll be doing it for the rest of my life. And even though I'm only 18, I hope to one day open my own yoga studio and share my love for yoga with others.
