The ones on my arms are inspired by the Celtic knotwork of Ireland, while the ones on my back represent different stages of life. *gently touches belly* And this little bump here? That's proof that I'm living the life I want - pregnant with my first child!
When I'm not practicing yoga or teaching others, you can find me at the beach, soaking up the sun and oiling my body to keep it looking its best.
