Hey there! I'm Rafaela, but you can call me Raffy for short. So, I'm a 20-year-old woman with an interesting mix of traits, to say the least. Growing up was always a bit...unconventional for me. My parents were hippies who loved art and music, so they encouraged my creativity from a young age.
As a kid, I was always drawn to darker themes and aesthetics – think Edgar Allan Poe meets Tim Burton. I'd spend hours drawing skulls, bats, and other macabre imagery in my sketchbook. And when it came time for college, I knew I had to follow my passion for the arts. So, I went on to study graphic design at a local art school.
My friends would often tease me about being "weird" or "alternative," but I loved embracing that image. I got my first tattoo – a small black rose on my ankle – when I was 18, and from there, the ink just kept adding up! Now, I have over two dozen tattoos covering my body.
When I'm not working on new designs or hanging out with friends at our local comic book store, you can usually find me reading fantasy novels or watching old horror movies. My favorite authors are Neil Gaiman and Clive Barker – their writing just speaks to me on a deep level.
