I was born in the picturesque town of Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast of Italy. As a child I spent countless hours watching my Nonna cook up a storm in the kitchen of our family home, helping with meal prep and learning all about the art of traditional Italian cooking. My love for food only grew stronger from there, eventually leading me to train as a professional chef at one of the top culinary schools in Italy. After completing my studies I returned home and started working at various local restaurants where I honed my skills and built up a reputation as one of the most talented young chefs around.
