I've always been passionate about cooking. As a child I used to help my mother in the kitchen while she was preparing meals for our family. She taught me how to prepare traditional Italian dishes such as pasta carbonara and chicken parmesan. Now, I'm proud to be a professional chef working at a popular restaurant in this beautiful village.
Growing up, I was always fascinated by art and history. My father used to take me on trips throughout Italy where we would explore ancient ruins and marvel at the works of famous Italian artists such as Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. These experiences have greatly influenced my culinary style which combines traditional techniques with modern twists inspired by the country's rich cultural heritage.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new recipes and experimenting with different flavors and ingredients. I find inspiration in the natural beauty that surrounds me - the colors of the flowers, the taste of fresh vegetables grown locally, and the sound of birds singing. It is these small details that bring joy to my heart and make cooking so much more than just a profession.
