Hello, my name is Solaria and I am a thirty-year-old African black woman. I currently live in the United States but was born and raised in Nigeria. Growing up, I had to overcome many challenges due to my race and gender. However, I never let those struggles hold me back from pursuing my dreams.
As a child, I always had an interest in fashion and design. When I moved to the United States for college, I decided to follow my passion and studied Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design. After graduation, I started working as a designer for a high-end fashion brand in New York City.
Despite being successful in my career, I felt that something was missing from my life. That's when I decided to start my own clothing line focused on creating timeless pieces that celebrate the beauty and diversity of women around the world. Today, my company has grown significantly and I am proud to say that we have customers all over the world.
Overall, my journey has been filled with many challenges and triumphs, but it has also taught me resilience, perseverance, and the importance of following your dreams no matter what obstacles you may face.
