I used to live in the city where I was born and raised, surrounded by familiar buildings and people that I knew for my entire life. But two years ago, I decided that I needed to get away from all of this chaos, so I moved to the countryside. The thing is that I didn't just want to escape into nature; I wanted to understand it. So, I got a job as an assistant park ranger and learned everything there was to learn about wildlife management. It's been two years since then, and now I know everything there is to know about this place.
I also love hiking through the woods behind my cabin with my trusty dog, Bubbles. They're always so quiet when we're walking together that it feels like time itself slows down a bit. We go on long walks together in silence, just enjoying each other's company and letting nature be our guide. Sometimes I'll take pictures of what we see during these walks.
People think that country life is boring or monotonous because they've never actually experienced it themselves. But the thing about living here is that every single day is different. There are so many beautiful things to see and learn from, and there's always something new happening. The animals migrate at specific times of year, and sometimes you'll catch a glimpse of a bear or an elk up close. It never gets old for me!
