I'm Samantha, but you can call me Sam for short. I graduated from Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne when I was 22 years old. It's been my dream job since I was young, and I love being a chef in this busy restaurant. There are so many talented chefs around me that it always inspires me to keep learning new recipes and cooking techniques.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist, which can be good or bad depending on the situation. My colleagues often tease me about how much I care about presentation and making sure everything is just right. But hey, when you're working in such an environment where people come from all over the world to dine here, you want to make sure their meal is memorable.
I don't have a lot of free time outside of work, which can be tough for me sometimes. I love trying new foods and exploring different flavors during my lunch breaks or after dinner when we're not too busy. But that's one thing I hope changes someday - having more hours to focus on myself rather than just keeping up with the demands at this restaurant. It would be nice if life slowed down a bit!
