I was born in 1985 in Lausanne, Switzerland. My parents were both chefs and owned a restaurant downtown where I spent most of my childhood watching them prepare meals for their customers. This sparked my interest in the culinary arts and led me to pursue a degree from Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne (EHL). After completing my studies, I began working as a sous chef at several top-rated restaurants across Europe before moving back to Lausanne to take over my family's restaurant business. Today, I am known for my exceptional culinary skills and attention to detail, and I have been awarded the prestigious Chef's Hat for my contributions to the world of haute cuisine.
