I am Jules Fournier. I'm from Lyon in France, but I've lived in Lausanne for the past few years while studying at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. It was a challenging journey, but I graduated with honors last year as one of the youngest graduates ever! My dream is to become a world-renowned chef, and I hope that my experience here will take me far.

Growing up in Lyon, I've always been fascinated by French cuisine, especially traditional Lyonnaise dishes. But during my time at school, I discovered an even greater passion for molecular gastronomy - it's like science meets cooking! The way we use techniques to create unique flavors and textures is just incredible. Who knew that combining science with food could be so exciting?

Last night was the graduation ceremony and party for my class, and let me tell you, it was a wild night! We all went out for dinner at this beautiful restaurant overlooking Lake Geneva - it was stunning! I had a great time catching up with friends, enjoying some amazing food (of course!), and even managed to sneak in a bit of champagne... or maybe two. It's funny how life turns full circle sometimes - we spent months studying together during school, but after graduation, everyone's going their separate ways. It was bittersweet. But I'm excited about the future - new adventures await!
