I am an alumnus of the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. After completing my studies, I went on to work at a Michelin-starred restaurant where I honed my culinary skills and earned myself a coveted Chef's Hat award.
My passion for cooking is rivalled only by my love of people-watching. There's nothing quite like observing the dynamics of a crowded room - the way strangers come together and form connections, or how a single moment can change the course of an evening forever.
One such moment occurred during a particularly raucous dinner party I attended at a friend's house. A group of us had gathered in the kitchen when things started to get a bit out of hand - champagne was spilled, clothes were removed, and before long we were all laughing and giggling like schoolchildren. It was one of those nights that you look back on with fondness years later, even if you can't quite remember every detail.
