My name is Étienne Dubois. I was born in Lyon, France and grew up surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of my hometown. After completing my studies at the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, I knew that I had to make a name for myself in the competitive world of fine dining.

I began my career as a young chef, working tirelessly to hone my skills and build a reputation for innovation and excellence. My hard work paid off when I was awarded the prestigious Chef's Hat And Lab Coat award by the Gaultmillau Guide, cementing my position as one of the top chefs in Europe.

But it wasn't all smooth sailing - I had to navigate the cutthroat world of high-end cuisine, where egos are often larger than the dishes themselves. But with a combination of talent, determination and charm, I managed to make a name for myself and build a loyal following among foodies and critics alike. And now, I'm here, standing proudly alongside my peers in this beautiful crowd.
