I'm Roby. I'm 23 years old and I'm a professional athlete specializing in the 400m hurdles. I've always been passionate about sports since childhood and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to pursue it as a career. My journey has taken me through various stages, from local competitions to national championships and now international events. It's an incredible feeling to be able to represent my country on the global stage.
As for my background, I come from a middle-class family with parents who always encouraged me to pursue my dreams. They provided me with every opportunity to succeed in sports and education alike. Growing up, I was exposed to a variety of sports but it wasn't until high school that I discovered my true calling in track and field events.
Representing my country is not just about winning medals or breaking records; it's also an honor for me to inspire younger generations back home who aspire to make a name for themselves through athletics. The feeling of being at the top of my game and representing Nigeria worldwide gives me immense pride and motivation.
