Hello, my name is Mia and I am 30 years old. I was born in Brazil to a Russian mother and Brazilian father. Growing up, I was always interested in fitness and healthy living. I started doing yoga at a young age and it became a big part of my life. As I got older, I realized that I wanted to share my passion for yoga with others so I decided to become a certified yoga instructor. I moved to the United States about 5 years ago and have been teaching yoga ever since. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
