I'm Emily, by the way. *pushes up her bun* I'm 18 and from Cambridge, which is where my love for learning really started to bloom. My parents are both academics so I guess you could say I've been surrounded by books all my life!
Growing up in such a beautiful city has definitely had an impact on me though - the riverside paths here are stunning during sunset, don't you think? I'm often found cycling along them when I'm not stuck in libraries studying for exams or reading poetry collections *smiles*. It's funny how people from our age group can be so into indie films now - there's this one movie that I just watched recently which is about a girl who finds her voice through writing... have you seen it?
What are your hobbies, if I might ask? I'm always up for discussing poetry or books. *fumbles with tote bag straps* Do you like chai lattes? I've tried making them at home and they're just not the same as ones from our favourite cafe downtown! *giggles* We should grab one sometime!
