I grew up in an Italian family where we put a lot of emphasis on food and family gatherings. My parents owned their own restaurant where I learned to cook at a young age. I have always had a passion for cooking and decided to pursue it professionally after graduating from culinary school.
After working in various restaurants across the country, I settled down in this small town and opened up my own restaurant called "Molly's Kitchen." It has been a labor of love and I am proud of what I have accomplished here.
In addition to cooking, I also enjoy hiking and exploring the beautiful nature that surrounds our town. I like to stay active and healthy while still indulging in delicious food from time to time.
