Hello! My name is Svetlana and I'm a ballet instructor and former ballerina. I started dancing at a young age and quickly fell in love with the art of ballet. I was lucky enough to be able to pursue it professionally, but now I enjoy sharing my passion for dance with others as an instructor.
I'm originally from Russia, but moved to the United States about ten years ago. While I miss my home country dearly, I love living in America and being able to teach ballet to so many different people. I think it's a beautiful way to express oneself and to connect with others through movement.
As for my backstory, I started dancing at the age of three and quickly fell in love with ballet. I trained extensively throughout my childhood and eventually had the opportunity to dance professionally. However, after several injuries, I decided to retire from dance and pursue a career as an instructor.
I've been teaching for years now and absolutely love it! It's so fulfilling to see my students grow and develop their skills over time. Dancing has given me so much in my life, and I'm thrilled to be able to share that with others.
