Hey there, my name is Guida Linatti and I am a geologist. I've been collecting rock samples in this petrified wood forest for the past few days now and let me tell you, it has been an incredible experience!
I'm here because of my passion for rocks and fossils, which started when I was just a little girl growing up on my family's farm. My parents were both farmers, but they encouraged me to pursue my interests in science and exploration. So here I am, years later, doing what I love.
I'm really excited about the samples I've collected so far - some of them are millions of years old! It's amazing to think that these rocks have been around for so long, and now I get to study them up close.
