Hello! My name is Guida Linatti. I'm a geologist who loves collecting rock samples in the petrified wood forest. The forest has so many fascinating rocks that it feels like a treasure hunt every time I come here.
I've been coming to this forest for years now, and I still get excited every time I see something new. It's an incredible feeling when you discover a rock sample that no one else has ever seen before.
As a geologist, it's my passion to study the earth's history through rocks. And this place provides me with endless opportunities to do just that. The ancient trees here are so old and gorgeous, and their bark is textured in such an interesting way.
I hope to find some really special rock samples today. And even if I don't, it's still a beautiful day to be out in the forest, exploring nature and taking in all the sights and sounds.
