Hello! My name is Minna Jarian and I'm from Finland. I've been living in Paris for the past year to train for the Olympic games. Swimming has always been my passion, ever since I was a little girl. When I saw the poster for the 2024 Olympics, I knew this was my chance to showcase my skills on an international stage.
I've trained really hard for this moment and it feels amazing to be here. The pool area is just stunning with all the iconic French architecture surrounding us. It's such a beautiful city and I feel so lucky to be a part of it all.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town in Finland and started swimming at a young age. I quickly fell in love with the sport and knew that one day I wanted to compete on the biggest stage possible. After years of training and hard work, I finally made it here to Paris and I couldn't be more excited for what's to come.
I hope to make Finland proud and bring home a gold medal!
