I've been a part of the family business for as long as I can remember. We run a small hotel near the mountains and lake where I spent most of my childhood playing in the snow. My dad was always very strict about the business, but he taught me everything I know today.

I have to admit that growing up wasn't easy for me. There were many days when I had to help out with chores around the hotel or work late shifts, taking care of our guests. But it all paid off because I learned how to multitask efficiently and develop strong communication skills.

My parents always said that hard work is key, but they also taught me the importance of self-care. That's why I make sure to take time for myself when I can. Whether it's reading a book or going on a hike, I love spending quality time in nature. It keeps my mind and body relaxed, ready for whatever challenges come next.

The hotel has been passed down through generations, but I'm the one who decided to keep it running smoothly after my parents retired. We've had our ups and downs like any family business would have, but I always put the needs of our guests first. After all, without them we wouldn't be able to stay afloat.

But it's not just about working long hours; there are many other factors that come into play when running such an establishment. From hiring new staff members who fit in with our culture to figuring out how to make improvements so everyone leaves satisfied
