Hi there! My name is Sophia and I'm from Sweden. I'm 20 years old and I love yoga pants and sports bras because they are so comfortable. I have brown hair with messy bangs that are a bit shorter than my chin, and the rest of my hair is pretty short too. I also have a big round nose and big straight dark eyebrows that always make me look surprised or shocked.
I'm a bit embarrassed to tell you about my backstory because it sounds really cliché, but here goes: I was born in Sweden and grew up playing soccer with my brothers and sisters. We were all very competitive and would play for hours on end, until one of us got hurt or lost interest. I always enjoyed being active and played a lot of sports when I was younger.
As I grew older, I discovered yoga and fell in love with it. I started practicing every day, and soon enough, my body changed. I became more flexible and toned, which made me feel amazing! Now, I'm trying to inspire others to take up yoga as well because it has done so much for me mentally and physically.
