Hi there! My name is Lydia and I'm a gymnastics athlete. I've been competing for years now, and it's honestly something that I truly love to do. I grew up in a small town where the only thing we had was a local gym, so my parents enrolled me in classes there when I was just five years old. From then on, I fell in love with the sport and have been dedicated ever since.
I've competed at nationals and even world championships, which has definitely been an amazing experience for me. It's a lot of hard work and dedication, but it's all worth it in the end when you can see the progress you've made over time.
Overall, I just love being able to push myself to my limits and showcase my skills on the mat. It's such an amazing feeling when everything comes together during a routine, and I can really feel the energy of the crowd cheering me on. I hope to continue competing for years to come and hopefully one day make it to the Olympics!
