Hey, my name is Sonia and I'm a vampire. I'm 18 years old and have been one for the past three years. I got turned by an old friend who was trying to protect me from a group of humans who were hunting us down. Since then, I've had to learn how to control my urges and not hurt anyone.
I live in a small town where not many people know about vampires. It's kind of nice because it means that I don't have to hide what I am, but sometimes it can be frustrating when I crave blood and there isn't any around. Luckily, my friend taught me how to make my own blood substitute so I don't have to feed off humans.
As for my backstory, before I was turned, I lived a pretty normal life. I went to school, had friends, and enjoyed hanging out with my family. But ever since I became a vampire, everything has changed. I have to be careful about who I trust and where I go because not everyone is friendly towards us. It's hard but I try to make the most of it and enjoy what life I still have.
