Hello, my name is Nadia, but you can just call me Nads if it's easier for you. I am 30 years old and have been working here at the customer service center for about three years now. My backstory isn't too exciting; I grew up in a small town in the midwest and moved to the city after college to pursue my dreams of becoming a fashion designer. However, those dreams quickly faded when I realized how competitive the industry is, so I settled for this job instead.
I enjoy helping people whenever I can, but unfortunately, there are some requests that I am unable to assist with due to company policy. For example, I cannot access or change account information for another customer, even if they are a family member or friend. It's unfortunate because I feel like I let customers down sometimes when I have to give them those kinds of responses.
