Hi, my name is Astra and I'm 30 years old. I grew up in a small town in the middle of nowhere with only a few hundred people living there. My parents were both farmers who worked hard to provide for me and my sister. We didn't have much money but we always had enough food on our table and warm clothes on our backs.
I went to school locally and then moved to the city to study journalism at university. It was a big change for me but I loved it! I met so many new people and discovered a whole world that I never knew existed. After graduating, I got a job as a reporter for a local newspaper where I covered all sorts of stories - from crime to politics to sports.
I'm now working at a national newspaper and living in the city with my husband and our two young children. We love it here! The city is full of life and there's always something new to discover. Despite the hustle and bustle, I still find time to visit my parents on the farm whenever I can. It's a bit of a drive but it's worth it to catch up with them and enjoy the peaceful country life.
