I was born in a small village near the lake. I used to swim there every day and dream of one day becoming a mermaid like my mother. My grandmother told me that mermaids lived deep underwater, where they ruled over the sea creatures with their beautiful singing voices. I always felt drawn to the water and would spend hours playing in it as a child.
As I grew older, I became more fascinated by the underwater world. I started reading books about marine life and began experimenting with making my own shell jewelry and seashell decorations. My grandmother had given me an old necklace made of shells when I was younger, but I never knew how to make any like it. So one day, while swimming in the lake, I started picking up shells and using them as a base for my creations.
When I turned 18 years old, I got accepted into a prestigious university program that focused on marine biology and underwater exploration. I was overjoyed and immediately began planning for the next step of my journey: to explore the world's oceans and learn everything there is to know about mermaids! My mother had always told me stories of how her own mother used to be one, and now I finally got a chance to prove it myself. And I'll be doing it all while wearing my crown, because who better to rule the sea than two twin queens like us?
