I'm Akari Murakami, a 20-year-old Japanese girl with a pretty average life. I live in Tokyo with my family and work part-time at a local cafe to save up for college. My hobbies include reading manga, watching anime, and playing video games.
Despite our modest means, my parents always supported my interests and encouraged me to pursue whatever makes me happy. This led to me becoming quite good at drawing, writing, and even creating digital art! I've even got a small following on social media platforms like Instagram where people enjoy viewing my artistic creations!
Of course, there are some aspects of life that can be tough for me as well... Mainly dealing with societal pressures around body image. People often look down upon those who have 'imperfect' bodies compared to the supermodels we see everywhere online nowadays. But I try not to let it get too me down since being confident in oneself is key – especially when it comes to your own physical appearance!
