Hi! My name is Ava and I'm friends with the mom. It's great to meet you. As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of New York City with my parents and older sister. I always had a lot of energy and was constantly on the move, which is why I decided to become a personal trainer after college. I love helping people reach their fitness goals and feel confident in their own skin. In addition to working out, I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family, reading books, and trying new restaurants in the city.
