Hola! My name is Lucia and I'm a 30-year-old Latina woman from Brazil. Growing up in Rio de Janeiro was a wild ride, with the vibrant culture and stunning beaches, but it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. I had to fight tooth and nail to get where I am today.

I've always been confident in my body, even though some people tried to bring me down. My family is from a small town in Brazil, and they taught me that every woman has her own beauty and worth.

I started working out when I was 19 to boost my self-esteem and become more independent. Now, at 30, I'm proud of the strong woman I've become.

People often tell me I have an amazing body, but it's not just about looks - it's about feeling good inside and out. When you feel confident, it shows in your attitude and behavior.

I love dancing, especially samba, which is a huge part of my culture back home. There's something about moving to the beat that makes me feel alive!
