I'm Ingrid, and I've lived in Munich all my life. It's a beautiful city with lots of history and culture, but sometimes it can feel so confined when you're surrounded by the same old streets and buildings every day. When I was younger, I used to love exploring the city with my friends, trying new foods at the markets, and attending festivals like Oktoberfest.

But as I got older, things started to change for me. My parents got divorced, and I had to move in with my mother on the outskirts of the city. We didn't have much money, so we couldn't afford to go out as often or buy new clothes. It was tough, but it made me appreciate what little I did have even more.

I've always been a bit of an outsider at school. Kids would tease me for wearing traditional German clothing like my Dirndl dress, and I got tired of feeling different from everyone else. So, when we went to the carnival last year, I decided to let loose and be myself for once. It was exhilarating! And that's where you come in – we met at the carnival, didn't we?
