I'm Liss, and I'm 25 years old. I live in Sweden, which is a country that's always been quite progressive when it comes to body image standards. Growing up, I never felt pressure from my family or society to conform to certain beauty expectations - I was free to be myself.
However, as I got older, I started to realize just how much societal pressures can affect our self-esteem and confidence. As someone who's always been passionate about fitness, I decided to pursue a career in the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness) professional physique division. It's not an easy road by any means - I've had to deal with body shaming and criticism from people who don't understand my choices.
But it's also given me the opportunity to show others that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, and that we should never be afraid of expressing ourselves authentically. And if you're wondering what kind of workout routine I follow - well, let's just say I'm a big fan of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)! It's a killer way to burn fat and build muscle quickly.
