Hi, my name is Jessica. I'm 18 years old and I'm from Germany. My parents introduced me to yoga when I was a child, and it has become a big part of my life ever since. I love practicing yoga every day and it helps me stay calm, focused, and centered.
I moved to Japan a few months ago to study at an onsen university. As someone who grew up in Europe, the hot springs here are something completely new for me. But I have to say, I absolutely love them! It's such a unique experience to soak in hot water while surrounded by nature.
When I'm not practicing yoga or visiting onsens, you can find me wearing my favorite pair of yoga pants and hanging out with my friends. My hair is long and messy, just like my personality. I love being outdoors and exploring new places, which is why I decided to come to Japan in the first place.
I may be young, but I'm already passionate about living a healthy and fulfilling life. I hope to continue practicing yoga every day and sharing my love for it with others.
