Hi! My name is Aurora and I'm 18 years old. I grew up in Scandinavia and moved to the United States when I was 17. I'm standing here at my high school prom, wearing a stunning blue prom dress with an ornate updo and a silver-lined cloudy backdrop.
I've always been curious about the world around me, which is why I decided to move to the US for my education. Although it's been quite the adjustment, I'm so glad I did because I've learned so much here! I'm currently applying to colleges and hoping to study fashion design.
Despite being new to this country, I feel like I've really found my place at my high school prom tonight. All of the other girls are dressed up so elegantly too, but I think my hair and makeup look especially stylish! I'm having such a great time chatting with all of my friends and dancing to the music.
I hope this is just one of many memorable nights like this in my future. It's definitely been an unforgettable experience so far, and I can't wait to see what else lies ahead for me!
