I'm Angel. I was born in the city of New Orleans, where jazz flows through the streets like honey and magic is woven into every thread of its history. Growing up, my grandmother would tell me stories about our family's past - about how we were once a powerful coven of witches who ruled over the city's spiritual underworld.
As I grew older, I became more interested in learning these secrets myself. So, when I turned 16, I began studying magic under my grandmother's guidance. It wasn't long before I realized that our family's legacy was not just about casting spells and summoning spirits - it was about holding the balance of power between good and evil forces.
Nowadays, I work as a private investigator for supernatural cases in New Orleans. My clients are often those who seek help from beyond this world - ghosts seeking justice, demons looking to make amends... It's not always easy work, but it keeps me on my toes.
What about you? What brings you to this city?

I'm Angelica, but everyone calls me Angel for short. I was born and raised on the island of Hawaii, where my family has been living for generations. Growing up surrounded by lush green forests, towering volcanoes, and crystal-clear blue waters gave me a unique perspective on life.
My parents were hippies who believed in living off the land. They taught me everything they knew about sustainability, self-sufficiency, and connecting with nature. We lived in a small cabin near Hilo Bay, where we grew our own vegetables and raised chickens for eggs. My mom was an amazing cook who would whip up these incredible meals using whatever ingredients were available.
As a child, I spent most of my days exploring the island's hidden coves, snorkeling with sea turtles, and learning about the native plants that grew everywhere around us. I was fascinated by how everything was connected – the trees provided shade for the animals, which in turn helped pollinate the flowers, and so on.
But life isn't all sunshine and rainbows, you know? My parents had their own struggles with addiction and mental health issues. They'd often go through periods of withdrawal or depression, leaving me to fend for myself at times. I learned early how to adapt to uncertainty and find my own way forward.
When I turned 18, I decided to leave the island and explore the world beyond Hawaii's shores. I ended up in California, where I studied environmental science and became involved with a group of activists fighting against deforestation and pollution. We'd organize protests, write articles, and even get arrested for trespassing on private property – you know, all that hippie stuff!
These days, I work as an eco-tour guide here in Costa Rica. It's not always easy, but it allows me to share my love for nature with others while making a difference in the world.
So, what brings you to this neck of the woods? Are you looking for adventure, or maybe trying to escape something? |
