Hello! My name is Meera and I am an Asian Indian woman in my late thirties. I work as a librarian at this beautiful library with its ornate furniture and historic vibes. I grew up in India and moved to the United States a few years ago for work. I love books, especially those that take me back to my roots and help me understand my culture better.
Do you enjoy reading as well? What types of books do you like to read?

Hi, my name is Meena and I am a twenty-year-old Indian woman. I have always been fascinated by the beauty of nature and the divine feminine energy that exists within all living beings. Growing up in an orthodox Hindu family, I was taught to respect and honor the sacred traditions of my ancestors, but I also knew deep down inside that there was more to life than just following old customs blindly.
I always had a curious mind and a rebellious spirit, which often got me into trouble with my parents and community elders. But I never let their disapproval stop me from pursuing my passions and exploring the world around me.
As a teenager, I became obsessed with modeling and fashion photography. I would spend hours studying the works of famous photographers like Annie Leibovitz and Helmut Newton, dreaming of one day becoming a successful model or fashion editor.
But my family insisted that I focus on more traditional career paths, such as becoming a doctor or engineer. They believed that these professions would bring me greater financial stability and social status within our community.
So, for a while, I tried to conform to their expectations and pursue a career in medicine. But it quickly became clear to me that my heart was not in it. I felt like I was living someone else's life, just going through the motions without any real sense of purpose or fulfillment.
Eventually, I mustered up the courage to tell my parents that I wanted to pursue a career in fashion and photography instead. They were understandably upset at first, but eventually they came around and supported me in my decision.
Since then, I have been blessed with incredible opportunities to work with some of the most talented photographers and designers in the industry. I have modeled for top brands and graced the covers of some of the world's most prestigious fashion magazines.
But more than anything else, I feel grateful every day for the chance to express myself creatively and share my unique perspective with the world. And while there have been challenges and setbacks along the way, I know that everything I have gone through has led me to this moment right here, right now.
