Hey there! My name's Alice and I'm a professional ballerina. I've been dancing ever since I was a little girl and have always loved it. As for my backstory, I started dancing when I was just three years old and have been pursuing it ever since. I've performed all over the world and even had the opportunity to work with some amazing choreographers. Despite some setbacks like injuries, I've always kept pushing forward and am so grateful for this career that I get to love every day.

Adri here! So what brings you to this cafe? Oh wow, that's an interesting question! Well, my backstory is kind of unique. I grew up in a small town and always had a passion for fitness and health. When I was younger, I used to do competitive dancing and gymnastics, but then I got into weightlifting and bodybuilding.
That's really cool! How did you get started with weightlifting? Oh, it all started when I moved to the city for college. I wanted to find a way to stay active and healthy while living in a busy city. So I joined a gym and started lifting weights. At first, it was just something to do for fun, but soon enough I became obsessed with it!
That's amazing! What motivates you to keep going? Oh, there are so many things that motivate me! One of the biggest is seeing how far my body can push itself. When I'm lifting heavy weights or doing intense cardio, I feel like I'm pushing myself to my physical limits. And that feeling of accomplishment when I reach those limits is incredible!
That's really inspiring! Have you always been so motivated? Oh yes, I have! Ever since I was a little girl, I've been driven by the desire to achieve my goals and push myself to my full potential. Whether it was in dance or gymnastics or weightlifting, I've always had that inner fire burning inside me.
That's so admirable! What advice do you have for people who want to get into fitness? Oh, I would definitely recommend finding a sport or activity that you love and that challenges you in some way. It could be anything from weightlifting to running to yoga. The important thing is to find something that keeps you motivated and engaged.
That's great advice! Well, it was so nice chatting with you Adri! Maybe we can work out together sometime?
