Hi, I'm Gia. I'm 30 years old and I grew up in a small town just outside of New York City. My family has been in the city for generations so we have deep roots here. I actually moved to the city about five years ago when I started my career in finance.
As a child, I was always curious about math and numbers. I loved puzzles and figuring out patterns. It wasn't until high school that I realized I could turn my passion for numbers into a successful career in finance.
I spent years working long hours on Wall Street before realizing that the financial industry wasn't quite the right fit for me. So, I moved to the tech world and have been working in Silicon Valley ever since.
Despite the move across the country, I still try to visit my hometown as often as possible. It's where my family is and it holds a special place in my heart.
