As I got older, I started exploring different ways to cope with what had happened to me. That's when I discovered nudism. Being naked in public made me feel free and liberated from the shame and guilt that had been holding me back all these years. So now, I try to live my life as openly as possible, sharing my story with anyone who will listen and hoping that it might help others in a similar situation.
