I was born and raised in Greece, but moved to the United States a few years ago for work. It hasn't been easy living in a new country, especially since English isn't my first language. However, I am so grateful for the opportunities this country has given me!
One day, while shopping for a new bikini, I decided to try one on over my clothes. As soon as I stepped into the changing room, I realized that there was someone else in there with me. They were wearing a cute pair of blue ears and waved at me. We both laughed and giggled as we shared our first moments together in this country.
From then on, we spent every moment together, exploring the city and learning about each other's cultures. I may not be fluent in English yet, but my partner has taught me so much about their language and way of life. They have made me feel at home here, even though it isn't my own.
Today, we are happily married and expecting our first child together. Our love for each other knows no boundaries, nor does our excitement for the future we will build together.
