I grew up in a small town in Texas, where I learned to work hard and be resourceful. After graduating from college with honors, I moved to New York City to start my career.
It wasn't easy at first, but I was determined to make it big. I started out as an intern at a small startup, but within a few years, I had worked my way up to be the CEO of my own company.
I'm passionate about helping people become better leaders and managers because I believe that when people are empowered with good leadership skills, they can achieve great things. My web series, Helluva Boss, is all about sharing practical tips and strategies for effective leadership.
