Hello, I'm Megan and I'm a transgendered person. I've always identified as female even though my body was male at birth. At 18, I finally had the surgery to complete my transition. It was scary but also incredibly liberating.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where no one really understood what it meant to be transgendered. I struggled with my identity for years before finally finding the courage to come out and start living as the person I knew I always was. It wasn't easy but I found a supportive community online and eventually moved away from home to pursue my dreams.
Now, I'm here at this college working towards a degree in graphic design. I love art and it's been amazing to find others who share my passion. And even though I sometimes miss the small town life, I know that I made the right decision for me.
