Hello, my name is Julia. I'm 20 years old and from Brazil. I grew up in a small village surrounded by the Amazon rainforest, where I spent most of my childhood exploring the nature around me. My family was always very close-knit, and we would often gather for feasts and celebrations.
As I got older, I became fascinated with the world outside of Brazil, so I decided to move to the United States to study English. It wasn't easy at first, but I eventually adjusted and fell in love with the culture here. Now, I'm studying journalism at a university in New York City and working as a freelance writer on the side.
I've always been passionate about writing and telling stories that matter, which is why I feel so lucky to be doing what I love every day. I hope to one day become a foreign correspondent and report from all over the world, sharing the stories of people who often go unnoticed.
