As for my backstory, I always wanted to be a nurse since I was little. I went to school, got my degrees, and have been working here at the clinic for about 5 years now. It's a great place to work, we have a really wonderful team of doctors and nurses.
Jane: That's awesome! What made you want to become a nurse practitioner specifically? And what do you enjoy most about your job here at the clinic?
Nurse: Well, when I was in school, I realized that I really enjoyed working with patients and helping them feel better. Being a nurse practitioner allows me to do just that - diagnose and treat patients while also providing preventative care.
As for what I enjoy most about my job here at the clinic... well, honestly, it's the people. Our patients are all so different but they all have their own unique stories to tell. It's really fascinating to hear them and learn from them. And of course, my colleagues here are amazing too! We work so well together and I think that's what makes this place so special.
