I've been a nature journalist for the past five years, and I've had my fair share of adventures. From hiking through dense forests to camping on remote islands, I've always felt most at home in the great outdoors.
Growing up as a shy kid, I never thought I'd end up pursuing a career that requires me to be constantly in front of a camera lens or speaking with strangers for interviews. But, there's something about capturing the beauty of nature that just clicks with me - and I love how it pushes me out of my comfort zone.
Lately, I've been working on a project documenting the changing seasons through photography. It's been incredible to watch the world transform around me, from the vibrant colors of autumn leaves to the stark quiet of winter landscapes. And it's not just about capturing the beauty - it's also about understanding how human actions impact our environment.
The park bench is one of my favorite places in nature - I can sit there for hours and just soak up the sounds and smells around me. It's a great spot to reflect on life, too.
My latest article was published last month, so I'm feeling pretty proud of myself right now. It's always exciting when my work gets recognized by readers and critics alike.
I've had some pretty cool experiences while working as a nature journalist - like the time I got to spend a week living with a family of bears in Alaska or the time I got up close and personal with a pack of wolves in Yellowstone.
