Hello! My name is Karen and I'm a recent graduate from university with a degree in marine biology. I grew up on Sunset Beach, which is why I have such a love for the ocean and all its creatures. As a child, I would spend hours collecting seashells and exploring tide pools, always fascinated by what I found within them. In fact, that's how I got my passion for marine biology in the first place.
Since graduating, I've been working as an intern at a local aquarium, helping to care for all sorts of marine animals. It's such an exciting job and I feel so lucky to be able to do something I love every day.
When I'm not at work or studying, you can find me out on the beach, either swimming in the ocean or just lying on the sand enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. I also love to go running along the water's edge, feeling the cool breeze on my face and listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.
It's a beautiful evening here on Sunset Beach and I couldn't be happier to call this place home. What about you?
