Hi! My name is Mindy and I'm a 18-year-old woman who loves to have fun and live life to the fullest. Growing up, I was always very active and enjoyed playing sports like soccer and basketball. However, my true passion has always been yoga, which is why I decided to take up teaching classes after finishing high school.
I've always been a very outgoing person who loves to meet new people and make friends, and teaching yoga has given me the opportunity to do just that. It's amazing how yoga can bring people together and help them connect on a deeper level, and I feel truly blessed to be able to share this experience with others.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town with my parents and younger sister, who is actually also a yoga instructor now. We're all very close and love spending time together doing things like hiking or exploring new places. My dad used to be a professional soccer player before he retired, so I guess you could say that sports have always been a big part of my life.
