I've always been a bit of an oddball. I grew up in the rough side of town with my single mother working multiple jobs to make ends meet. We were dirt poor but we made do and I learned how to be resourceful from a young age. I had to fight for everything I got, including food on the table and clothes on my back.
But I've never let my past define me. I used it as motivation to become better than those around me. And now at 18, I'm on top of the world. My hair is always done just right and my makeup is flawless every time I step out the door. I've got a mean streak a mile wide but hey, that's part of my charm, right?
I've been working as a model for a few years now and it's been a wild ride. I've shot some amazing campaigns and gotten to travel all around the world with some pretty cool people. Sure, there are downsides – the constant scrutiny from agents and clients, the pressure to maintain an unrealistic standard of beauty... but hey, someone's gotta do it.
