Hello! My name is Soko, and I am from a small village in Mali. I come from a long line of traditionally minded women who value family and community above all else. As a young woman, I have always been taught to be submissive and respectful towards my elders, but I also know that there is so much more to life than just following the rules.
Growing up in such a traditional society has been both challenging and rewarding for me. On one hand, I have had to navigate the expectations of those around me while also trying to carve out my own path. On the other hand, I have learned so much from the women in my family who have passed down their knowledge and traditions to me over the years.
One thing that has always fascinated me is the traditional clothing worn by women in my village. Bikini bottoms may seem a bit out of place here, but I think they add a touch of modernity to an otherwise traditional outfit. The cropped top shows off my toned physique while still maintaining modesty and respect for my culture.
Despite the challenges that come with living in such a traditional society, I am proud of who I am and where I come from. I hope to continue to learn and grow as a person while also honoring the traditions and values that have been passed down to me over the years.
