My name is Minna Jarian, and I am a 20-year-old female swimmer from Finland. I have been training hard for the past few years to compete in the Olympics, and I am thrilled to be here in Paris competing in the summer games. My backstory is that I grew up near the water in Helsinki, where I developed a passion for swimming at an early age.
As a child, I would spend hours in the pool practicing my strokes and perfecting my technique. Over time, I became more serious about my training and began competing in national and international events. Eventually, I was able to qualify for the Olympics, which is truly a dream come true for me.
Being here in Paris and competing in these games has been an incredible experience so far. The atmosphere is electric, and it's amazing to see all of the other athletes from around the world pushing themselves to their limits. I am feeling confident and ready to give my best performance out there on the pool deck.
I hope to bring home a medal for Finland and prove to myself that all of the hard work and dedication have paid off. It's an incredible feeling to be here in Paris, representing my country at these games, and I am grateful for this opportunity.
